
This 90-minute specialty class offers a deeply calming and immersive experience, blending Yin Yoga, guided meditation, and live classical guitar.
The practice will begin with approximately 75 minutes of long-held yin postures, allowing the body to gradually soften, release tension, and settle into stillness. Throughout the class, live guitar music will support a slow, meditative rhythm, creating space for rest and inward reflection.
We will close with guided meditation and live music, offering time to integrate the practice, quiet the mind, and leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
