Yoga for Chronic Pain- In Studio

🌿 Chronic Pain 6-Week Therapeutic Yoga Series

A science-based and heart-centered journey to restore core strength, spinal health, and ease in your body.

This six-week series is designed for anyone living with chronic pain, stiffness, or fatigue who wants to move with more comfort and confidence. Through a blend of therapeutic yoga, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and education on the science of pain, you’ll learn how to create sustainable change from the inside out.

Each class focuses on building core stability and spinal mobility, supporting better posture, balance, and overall movement health. You’ll explore how the core and spine connect to pain patterns, breath, and the nervous system, combining modern anatomy and pain science with ancient yogic principles for whole-body healing.

You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn tools to calm the body’s stress response, creating space for true healing. This is not about “pushing through pain,” but about retraining the body and mind to move safely, intelligently, and compassionately. Please Note: Chronic Pain classes are held at LevinWell Fitness & Rehab in Feasterville, PA.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga- In Studio

1-hour yoga class perfect for all levels! Students are carefully watched and offered appropriate modifications for their body's needs. The class consists of breath work, core strengthening poses, standing poses, floor poses, and finally a relaxing meditation.

1-hour interactive yoga class perfect for all levels! Students are carefully watched and offered appropriate modifications for their physical capabilities. The class consists of breath work, core strengthening poses, standing poses, floor poses, and a relaxing meditation.

Yin Yoga 75- Zoom 💻

A 75-minute yoga practice is done mostly on the floor and consists of holding poses for 2-5 minutes. The longer holds help release the deep myofascial layers of the body, including the muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, and nerves, for improved flexibility and stress relief. Stretching coupled with deep breathing will help you relax and sleep soundly.
