Slow Vinyasa Yoga- Zoom 💻

1-hour interactive yoga class perfect for all levels! Students are carefully watched and offered appropriate modifications for their physical capabilities. The class consists of breath work, core strengthening poses, standing poses, floor poses, and a relaxing meditation.
