Slow Vinyasa Yoga- In Studio

1-hour yoga class perfect for all levels! Students are carefully watched and offered appropriate modifications for their body's needs. The class consists of breath work, core strengthening poses, standing poses, floor poses, and finally a relaxing meditation.
