🌿 Chronic Pain 6-Week Therapeutic Yoga Series 💻 Zoom

A science-based and heart-centered journey to restore core strength, spinal health, and ease in your body.
This six-week series is designed for anyone living with chronic pain, stiffness, or fatigue who wants to move with more comfort and confidence. Through a blend of therapeutic yoga, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and education on the science of pain, you’ll learn how to create sustainable change from the inside out.
Each class focuses on building core stability and spinal mobility, supporting better posture, balance, and overall movement health. You’ll explore how the core and spine connect to pain patterns, breath, and the nervous system, combining modern anatomy and pain science with ancient yogic principles for whole-body healing.
You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn tools to calm the body’s stress response, creating space for true healing. This is not about “pushing through pain,” but about retraining the body and mind to move safely, intelligently, and compassionately. The class replay is sent to all participants for home practice.
